Return to Design View. Note the quotation marks and hash characters automatically added around the selection criteria.

Save, using the Query Name: 2 Bed Units Booked from 13 June 2013.

Close your query.

Next, you create a query that shows the bookings for all Standard units.

Display the Create ribbon, then click on the Query Design button

(Queries group). The Show Table dialogue box is presented.

Double click on Unit details..

Double click on Booking details, then click on Close.

Add the following fields in order to the query design grid:

Unit number (Unit details table), Unit type, Date in, Date out.

Click on the Criteria row under the Unit type field, then type:

Standard

Display the query in Datasheet View.

How many bookings are there for Standard Units?
